From the moment we arrived at the garage we were completely at ease. You were allowed time to spend with the car looking around without feeling pressure. Glenn and other staff members are really friendly and welcoming. We went there to buy one car and ended up buying two. I can honestly say over the years I have bought many cars however this rates as one of the best experiences. In the future if I need another I will certainly be back. First class service, ten out of ten.

After making the massive mistake of using a nationwide company for our MOT (review in progress but that’s a completely different story), these guys have given us an honest and trustworthy service, nothing is too much trouble.

They collected the van, worked their butts off to get it back to us in two days so we can get back to work clearing gutters out. They happily keep you updated regularly, which is brilliant for the anxiety levels! All done at an amazing price and the van is absolutely spot on, we’re totally over the moon ?? Honestly, heaven is missing some angels ???

They’re an amazing small business, very knowledgeable, professional and super friendly. The workhorse is already pencilled in for next MOT. Please do not hesitate to use them you will not regret it. We regret going elsewhere.

I have just bought a car and part exed my old one. What could have been a stressful experience was made comparatively straightforward by their friendly but professional manner. They are mechanics first and salesmen second, and have that pragmatic approach. Definitely worth a try. PS If you have been to their site before and been put off by all the big potholes- the landowner has now fully repaired them.

Great Service at GB Autocare!

Great service at GB Autocare, Glenn and Brad are great, down-to-earth, friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend them, they have good knowledge and a good selection of affordable, quality used cars. Glenn is there to help every step of the way, with any issues or queries you may have. He's not pushy and will help with anything he can. I'm certainly happy with the level of service I've received and delighted with the car I purchased, I'll definitely be looking at what they have to offer in the future.

Great selection of quality used cars

After spending a good month looking for a new car we stumbled across GB Autocare, we saw all there 5 star reviews and decided to go view a Mercedes, safe to say their reviews are deserved always fills you with confidence seeing there own garage next door after taking the car on a good test drive with my wife, Glenn explained the warranty that came as standard with the car and told me that they had also put a new MOT on it which was a bonus. Really professional company, Great Job guys!

Friendly and extremely helpful. We were not sure what car to buy, but after talking our options through with Glenn we are more than happy with the car. Came valeted and with a good warranty. Would definitely recommend.

Bought a Ford Fiesta and part exchanged. Very fair pricing and a fair offer on part exchange vehicle. Glenn and Brad were very knowledgeable and were so very helpful. Quite honestly the buying of a used car is a minefield when looking around and researching, but not once I came across these guys. When I had a problem with the car, which was through no fault of GB Autocare, they travelled quite a distance to me and I was quickly back on the road, no quibbling. Best experience of customer care , after care and service ever. I won’t buy a used car from anywhere else while Brad and Glenn continue. Highly recommend and very happy.

OUTSTANDING SERVICE

I have used these guys before, but today they went over and above to stop my day being a disaster. Car battery flat when I got in this morning to go to work. Rang them, within less than an hour, they were with me, jump started my car and took it to fit a new battery. They even left me a courtesy car so I could go to work. My car was back on my drive by 3pm. Great work guys....thank you.

Honest and not pushy

Went to purchase a car for myself with my brother and Glen really looked after us. He was honest and had good knowledge of the car. He really looked after us. Very happy with the car too!
